Aneke McCulloch – Founding Producer
Aneke has been facilitating artists and arts events locally and internationally for over 14 years. With postgraduate qualifications in Arts Management from RMIT, Aneke has broad practical experience gained from working with organisations such as Melbourne Fringe, National Institute of Circus Arts, Australian Film Institute, Auspicious Arts Projects and the Auspicious Arts Incubator, City of Melbourne, City of Darebin, City of Port Phillip, Arts Centre Melbourne, Auckland Festival, Sydney Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, Norfolk and Norwich Festival, and Seesault Projects which she co-founded with Anna Pidgeon in 2009.  In 2011 Aneke was selected for the Australia Council’s Emerging Independent Producer Initiative. Aneke was recently acting in the role of Strategic Planning and Projects Coordinator at the City of Melbourne, and is currently the Team Leader at the Darebin Arts Centre in Preston, Melbourne.

Anna Pidgeon has been working in the Australian arts scene for 12 years since her arrival in the country from the UK in 2006. With a focus on Stage and Production Management, Anna has worked with companies large and small, touring nationally and internationally including Circus Oz, National Institute of Circus Arts, ThisSideUp, Die Roten Punkte, Arena Theatre, Dislocate, The List Operators and Dos or Duo.  She is a veteran of Edinburgh Fringe setting up Festival Radio and working for The Famous Spiegeltent, Assembly Theatres and independent shows. She has also worked in festivals all over Australia including Adelaide Fringe, Melbourne Comedy Festival and Melbourne Fringe.

Brian HeadshotBrian Robertson – Producer 
Over the past 12 years Brian has worked with some of the largest and most prestigious festivals and events around Australia in a variety of positions such as Artist Liaison, Venue Manager, Volunteers Coordinator, Project Manager and Front of House Manager. He worked with Strut and Fret Production House for 6 years on major events like the Turning on the Christmas Tree lights for the City of Perth, Carnival’s Edge as part of the Brisbane Festival, Ignite @ Docklands, and Melbourne Fashion Festival. Brian has worked with Darwin Festival, Melbourne International Comedy Festival, Melbourne Festival, Edinburgh Fringe, The World Stamps Expo, The Famous Speigeltent, Dark MOFO and many more. In 2012 Brian was awarded Best Emerging Producer for the Melbourne Fringe Festival where he later worked as Associate Producer Events. Brian kick-started the staffing arm of Seesault, supplying quality events staff with a focus on professionalism and customer service, and works for Circus Oz as the Producer for the Melba Spiegeltent.
